A few words about my donation program
So far, $6,274.20 have been given to animal organizations.
My passion for animals has lead me to donate 15% of your portrait's price to the animal organization of your choice. If you do not specify an organization, I will donate 15% of your portrait's price to the animal rescue organization that is featured as the "Animal Rescue in the Spotlight" on my home page when your payment is received. The "Animal Rescue in the Spotlight" organization will be different every month.
Please check my home page each month as well as my links page to read more about these wonderful organizations. Without these dedicated people, the animals would have no one. Please contact me if you would like to exchange links.

I was born in Seattle, WA, in 1972. I grew up in many places,
including Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maine and California. I graduated from the University of the Pacific in California with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. My love has always been black and white drawings,
but to pay the bills, I worked as a graphic designer for seven years. After those seven years, I married and became a stay-at-home mother of two fantastic boys, Griffin and Gavin. During the time my
youngest was a baby, I discovered photorealism drawings. I had also recently adopted a retired racing greyhound and used Phoebe as my muse. I found it challenging and very calming at the same time.
My friends took notice and encouraged me to start a business of my own. As I've grown this last year, I've developed an intense desire to help animals and the rescues that help them. I've always loved
animals and felt more connected to them so this is a dream come true to dedicate so much of the business and my time to them. Through my pet portraits, I have been extremely fortunate to meet many animal
lovers who strive to make a difference. This is what I love doing, In addition to being a stay-at-home mom. I also enjoy Tae Bo™ and cleaning. I currently live in Ohio with my husband Frank, our two boys, our retired racing greyhounds Phoebe and Nina, and our two rescued cats Reznor and Moses. M. Paige Pet Portraits was established December 2009.
